Dawn performed exterior site work featuring a pre-cast underground storm water detention system and two 20,000 gallon oil/water separators. The 45 foot long, 10 foot in diameter separators were buried 25 feet deep.
The fire protection loop is cathodically protected while being buried in a protective sand envelope and polyethylene film.
Dawn also installed piping for compressed air in United’s maintenance facility and a self-contained, automatic truck and bus wash.
